Onocon - Construction Company - Canada
At Onocon, I was responsible for developing the company’s entire editorial direction, leading the creative process from start to finish from content ideation to production and final delivery.
The goal was to transform the company’s digital presence into something more strategic, engaging, and human-centered. Through a new content approach, we grew from only a few thousand monthly views to consistently reaching over 500,000 organic views per month.
Beyond the significant increase in reach, the work also helped boost page engagement, strengthen brand perception, and generate greater visibility for the company within the industry.
I was also responsible for implementing the company’s YouTube channel, producing longer-form videos that gave viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the operation. The objective was to help the audience connect more deeply with the brand and build a stronger personal connection with the company’s founder through authentic behind-the-scenes content.
kōn - Boutique Airbnb - Brazil
At Kōn, I was involved in the project from the very beginning, helping shape the brand’s identity, creative direction, and overall guest experience from the ground up.
I was responsible for developing the brand concept, creating the name, logo and visual identity, and helping design the entire experience, from the graffiti artwork on the container to the smallest customer-facing details throughout the property.
I also created and managed the hotel’s Instagram presence from scratch. Starting with zero followers, we grew the page to over 23,000 followers through a combination of high-quality content production, social media management, influencer marketing campaigns, and paid advertising strategies.
The marketing efforts generated consistent leads and a high volume of direct bookings, contributing to over $100,000 in annual revenue.
Beyond marketing, I also supervised customer service operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to elevate the guest experience and overall brand perception.
Today, the property has been operating successfully for over 4 years, with more than 5 years invested into the project as a whole. The brand currently holds a 4.99 Airbnb rating and has earned the Airbnb Superhost status, reflecting the consistency of the guest experience and operational quality.
Nalin - Creative Nails - Brazil
At Nalin Creative Nails, the main challenge was not simply growing the page, but elevating the brand perception through strategic content creation.
When we started working together, the brand already had around 12.5K followers, a strong audience within the nail industry niche.
The objective was to create high-quality content that showcased the full artistic process behind the nail designs, highlighting the level of detail, creativity, and craftsmanship involved in each set.
Through cinematic content production and storytelling-focused videos, we were able to transform the service into a more premium and desirable experience, attracting clients who truly valued the work and were willing to invest in higher-end services.
During this project, I created my first viral video, which reached over 2.2 million views and performed exceptionally well with the right target audience. The viral reach translated into significant profile growth, helping the page grow from 12.5K to over 28K followers.
